Terms of Use

The TechForward Skills Assessment (the "Assessment") is provided by TechForward LLC ("TechForward", "we", "us"). By using the Assessment, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Assessment.

The Assessment is a free, informational self-assessment. It uses your answers to recommend a starting course track, knowledge level and learning format for TechForward Academy. No account is required.

Results are based only on how you answer. They are guidance to help you choose where to start, not a formal evaluation, certification, or professional, career or educational advice. Taking the Assessment does not enroll you in any program or guarantee admission, course completion, certification, employment or any other outcome. Program details, pricing and availability are set separately by TechForward Academy.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or automated responses at scale, or use bots, scripts or scrapers on the Assessment.
• Interfere with, overload, probe or attempt to bypass the security or usage limits of the site.
• Use the Contact form to send spam, harmful content or anything unlawful.
• Copy, resell or reuse the questions, scoring or content for a competing product.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when you contact us.

We may limit or block access if we believe these terms are being broken.

When you send us a message, you confirm that the information is accurate and yours to share, and you allow us to use it to respond to you and to follow up about TechForward Academy if you asked us to. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Assessment, including its questions, scoring, text, design and software, is owned by TechForward LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. TechForward® and the TechForward logo are registered trademarks of TechForward LLC. You may use the Assessment and your own results for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not otherwise copy or distribute our content without written permission.

The Assessment links to services we don't control, such as Calendly for booking calls and the TechForward Academy website. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

We may change, pause or discontinue the Assessment, its questions or its scoring at any time, and we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

The Assessment is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechForward LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any decisions you make based on your results, arising from your use of the Assessment. Because the Assessment is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which TechForward LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Assessment after a change means you accept the updated terms.
